By placing an order through chromani.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website.

2. Custom Orders and Refunds

Custom orders are final sales. Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds on custom-made items. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.

Standard catalog items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition, subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and all returned items must be properly packaged with adequate protection to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged due to improper packaging cannot be refunded or exchanged

3. Handmade Product Variations

Our products are handcrafted with care. Slight variations in color, texture, size, and finish are inherent characteristics of handmade items and should be expected. Product photos are representative, but actual items may vary slightly due to:

• Natural material characteristics
• Handcrafting processes
• Monitor display differences
• Lighting conditions during photography

These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

4. Order Processing and Payment

• Payment is required in full at time of order
• We accept major credit cards and WooPay
• Orders are processed upon payment confirmation
• Custom order timelines are subject to order size and workload. We’ll communicate the timeline properly after receiving your order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
• We are not responsible for delayed or lost shipments once items leave our facility
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees
• Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information

6. Product Care and Usage

Products are intended for normal use. We are not responsible for damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

Custom designs created by Chromani Studio remain our intellectual property or the intellectual property of designers we purchased a commercial license from, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer-provided designs must not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
